Is Capptro cloud-based or self-hosted?

Capptro is self-hosted, meaning you install it on your own web server. This gives you complete control over your data and doesn't require any ongoing subscription fees.

What are the system requirements?

You need a web server with PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+, and the MySQLi, cURL, JSON, and Session PHP extensions. Most shared hosting plans meet these requirements.

Licensing Questions

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes! You pay once and own the license forever. There are no monthly or annual fees. Updates during your included update period are free.

What happens after my update period ends?

Your software continues to work indefinitely. You can optionally renew to get access to new updates at a discounted rate.

Can I use one license on multiple domains?

Each license is valid for one production installation. You can use it on a development/staging server as well, but not on multiple live production sites.

Can I transfer my license?

Yes, licenses can be transferred to a new domain. Contact support to update your license domain.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Please review the features and documentation carefully before purchasing. Cloud plans offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate before committing.

Technical Questions

Can I customize the look and feel?

The Professional and Enterprise plans include customization options. You can also modify the CSS if you're comfortable with web development.

Does Capptro work on mobile devices?

Yes, Capptro uses responsive design and works on tablets and phones. However, for the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.

Can I import data from another system?

Currently, there's no automatic import feature. Contact support for assistance with data migration.

Does Capptro integrate with other software?

How do I backup my data?

Use your hosting control panel (cPanel/Plesk) or command-line tools to backup your MySQL database. We recommend daily backups.

How do I update to a new version?
