What's the difference between Standard, Pro, and Enterprise?

Standard Edition includes all core job management features perfect for most businesses. Pro Edition adds advanced features like file uploads, audit trails, employee management, enhanced reporting with exports and custom workflow rules. Enterprise adds custom branding, PO management, priority onboarding, SLA guarantees, and dedicated support — ideal for large organizations with custom requirements.

Can I switch from Cloud to Self-Hosted (or vice versa)?

How do business templates work?

When setting up Capptro, choose a business template (e.g. Printing, Auto Services, IT Services, Catering, and more) that preconfigures your workflow steps, custom fields, and dropdown options to match your industry. You can freely add, remove, or modify any settings at any time — the template is just a starting point.

Is the self-hosted option really a one-time payment?

Yes! You pay once and own the software forever. Updates during your included update period are free. After that, updates are optional and available at a discounted renewal rate.
